Question 1

How do I request a pickup quote?

Accepted Answer

Describe the items you want picked up, attach the required photos, share the pickup location, and choose a preferred pickup date in the request form. Submit the form for a free individual quote.

Question 2

What details should I include about the items?

Accepted Answer

List each item and include its size or quantity where you know it. Mention access details that may help Big Bees review the request. Item fit is considered individually.

Question 3

Are item photos required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Photos are required. Include an overall view of the items and, when helpful, views that show size, condition, or access context.

Question 4

Is the quote free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every quote is free and reviewed individually for the items and job details you share.

Question 5

What can the pickup truck take?

Accepted Answer

Big Bees uses a pickup truck without a trailer. Whether your items fit that setup is reviewed case by case using the details and photos in your request.

Question 6

Do you serve my location?

Accepted Answer

Big Bees is based in Dalton and serves nearby Northwest Georgia. Share your address or area in the form so service-area coverage can be reviewed for your request.

Question 7

Does my preferred date confirm a pickup?

Accepted Answer

No. The date you provide is a preference, not a confirmed booking. Timing is reviewed individually with the request.

Question 8

What happens after I submit the request?

Accepted Answer

Big Bees will review the items and photos and follow up about your request. A request does not guarantee removal; item fit, service-area coverage, and timing are reviewed case by case.
